I gain a little, lose a little but I still haven't lost it, meaning given up, that is. Maintaining my health is crucial and critical for me. I know that sounds like a cliche but its true. At 47 if I don't take seriously my health and fitness I will not be able to operate nor function efficiently, which is important since I'm a Tradesmen. Then who will take care of my family!
