Monday for me today...It was long weekend Friday to Monday - again high in carbs and fat...Went to Mt. Cook walking 32 514 steps on day 1 (Sun) and 27 542 steps on day 2 (Mon) So I think will do another week by 0.5 carbs...Tired. exhausted..no motivation left :( But I think I'll do it - I have to do it!!!! Good luck and more power and energy for me!!! P.S. Mud cake was eaten straight after the workout to build muscle :)
