Ok. I have gotten so caught up in the stress of my divorce, going to school full-time, being a stay-at-home mom, among the other dramas, that I have completely fallen back into the bad habits that got me fat in the first place. I have gained back 26lbs in a year and feel horrible! I need to refocus on myself and break the emotional eating once and for all. Starting Atkins Phase 1 today. Wish me luck!
