Finished my 5k in 22 minutes!!! I felt SO good! Then I celebrated with a little too much food the rest of the weekend, but I'm back on track now. Off to make some breakfast! :D

22 minutes is a great time. I just started running again myself. I'm struggling this week with my training because I have a terrible cold. I hope to start fresh again, maybe tonight if I can manage to have any energy left at the end of the day. Thinking about sending the kids to boarding school and bringing in a hospital sterilization team-- someone has been run down with a cold or fever since mid-august in our house. Keep up the great work. You are doing so well. Very inspiring.

I find the key to running is just to set a time every day and go for a run. Doesnt matter if its fast or long, just do it! (even with a cold!) haha. Once you get in the habit of running every day, you start to feel guilty if you dont! Keep at it and you'll be back to running in no time! Being sick stinks though! Liam has had a cold since august too!
