Starting all over again. I've been in a very stressful job situation and have the time now to monitor what I'm eating. I am trying to get outside to walk, but-as usual- I have things that come up when I'm trying to do exercise. So, I've got to find a way to balance dieting and exercising both. That way, I'll be making a healthy choice in lifestyle.
