Just went to Dick's Sporting Goods and ordered an ankle/wrist wrap that has a clip on it for the cable weight machine in the gym. It will be so much easier than what I use now. I have some sever arthritis in my wrist so I can't use my hands to move the weight. I can wrap my wrists and put the weight on them. The stress is on the arm then and not just the wrist carpels. I have not been able to use any machines where one has to use their hands to move the weight. I devised a wrap out of a pair of jeans leg and shoe strings. I then have been putting the handle of the cable machine on that wrap that goes around my wrist and moving the weights. I can't wait to just be able to remove the handles and clip the cable to my wrist wrap and then it would be safer and I can actually begin to build some chest and arms to hold my sweetie. Did some lifting today with my makeshift wraps. It will be a week or so before my store bought wraps come. I'll let you know how they work out.

I will be watching for an update. I have trouble with my hands and wrists. Have had carpal tunnel surgery on one already. Would love to hear they are working for you. We have a piece of equipment in our home, but I do not use it, because I can not grip it. I sew and use several handy tools to lessen the pressure on my hands and wrists. Need some help with the exercising.
