I started at 160lbs 2 years ago. And I stayed at 140lbs for a year. And wasn't satisfied with that for long. Now I want to get to my goal. I've tried different diets. Different exercise routines. Idk if it's because I didn't stick with it long enough or that me and my boyfriend weren't on the same page about food stuff. I just could not loose anymore weight. There was a moment when I was like, "OK, I guess this is it, this is what going look like now." but that didn't last. So now I'm going VEGETARIAN and doing no dairy, which is something I'm used to. I've been dairy free for like 6 years. On and off the last couple. And as of today my 2ND weigh since I've been vegetarian I've actually seen some weight loss. FINNALY!

Vegan, my wife an I are animal activist, and yet we eat meat, which we both believe is hypocritical, but at least we admit it. I give you credit!

I have been vegetarian for 10 days. No weight loss yet. I haven't given up milk, cheese, eggs. That will be next. I am doing this one step at a time. Although I do want to lose weight, that is less important to me that giving up meat.
