And there's the dismal 2nd week weigh in. As long as I keep eating right and exercising, the weeks ahead should have the normal .5-2 lbs per week weight loss. It took time to get to this weight, it'll take time to get it off.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
