Haven't tracked in a while, shame on me! Tomorrow is a new day, though, and I'll be tracking and shooting for 1300 cals a day. Time to get back to it for sure. I've been doing well on the exercise front at least; put in 4 miles on the treadmill Saturday & went kayaking w/hubby Sunday. Yesterday I did manage a 45 minute walk, that was in Tulsa. My hubby & I took off from work yesterday (and today) to see Halestorm in concert - what a rockin' show! But I'm wondering, does 3 hours of headbanging at a standing-room-only concert count as exercise? 'Cause if it doesn't, it should! My legs are a bit sore today, and I don't think it was from that walk, haha!
