If I can just make it to May 14th! That is when all the extra stress at work should go away! Stress makes me tired, I like to eat when I am stressed and when I am tired - NOT a good thing. The boy's spring activities are in full swing and it seems like we are all going in 10 different directions. Not to mention I am beginning to not want to go home because it is such a messy disaster! I really need to find a little peace... the calm.... but instead I want an 8 inch high piece of Coconut Cream pie with ice cream! Cookies, Cookies, Cookies, maybe a whole cookie cake for me.... No I must resist! Never before have I felt so BIPOLAR and it is all about food! I must be nuts! hmmm peanuts would be good!

Sounds like you are overwhelmed..in cases like this I try to do little things daily so I know eventually everything will get done..so I can relax and not stress so much..which lowers your need to emotionally eat...(we are all guilty of that) i.e. I may separate my house chores into each day of the week..Mon, I may clean kitchen only..Tues, bedrooms..you get what I mean..just make your own schedule..hope this helps..(smile)

Just try not to stress, I know it is easy to say it is also easy to do, don't let the small things in life and work bother you and if they do just hit them in the throat you will fell better :)

Thanks Y'all! My oldest child is on the verge of graduating HS and he will be moving very far away for college - cheaper to educate him elsewhere as an international child than here in the states. My time left is flying by. I will adjust and I will get it all done, but sometimes it just hurts! I am much better today, and Mshulk63 I love your idea! Thanks again for supporting me.

I was in the same boat with you. Since Jan I've lost 35 lbs. I have to tell you that I couldn't get to the end of my driveway without stopping 5 time to catch my breath. Now I'm almost walking a mile, I do still have to stop and catch my breath, but now it is only when I'm climbing back up the "hill", lol (15 % incline) to my driveway. Listen, I laugh at myself when I say I "broke a sweat". We're here to support your efforts. Good luck. Believe in yourself.
