Wish this journal entry would have gone under 01 October 2011, which is what it was meant for, when I started writing it =/

Used "Calorie Counter" ap on my smart phone earlier this year and it helped me lose a total of 25lbs from Jan to June just by paying more attention to what I consume ("mayyyyybe NO ice cream tonight...too close to max RDI!! :O lol!"), staying below my RDI, and working out more often. (Put in my former weight at my "first day" because it's something I accomplished and would have put it in before, had "FatSecret" been linked to "CC" ;P)

These past few months since then, I slacked on "CC", but I started working out weekly without fail since college restarted! My weight-loss has leveled out, so I've been waiting 'til the first of the month to get back in the swing of things with "CC"!

Can't wait 'til watermelon and black grapes are back in season!! Switching to a major fruit diet made weight-loss easy, and has kept me well hydrated!

Looking forward to losing more and feeling better about myself! I've come a long way, but still have a long way to go!! ;D

These are the challenges I am currently "enrolled" in! Looking forward to them!! (Wish I could have joined some challenges that started today, but they were already started so I couldn't join...but there's still time to do these ones with me!! :D
