Well, my birthday is in mid-May and I have 7 lbs to go. I'd love to reach my goal weight by my birthday, so it's my new focus. I've been hovering around 135 for several weeks and have fallen off my diet, but have been trying to climb back onto the wagon. Luckily I have also exercised hard.
I have such cravings for chocolate and salt, that I often end up giving in. Why do I sabotage my own efforts?
