I have been backsliding because of the pain in my chest. The things that do not make my chest and stomach hurt are definitely NOT dieting foods. Pfft! I am hoping to hear something today from the hida scan I had last week and have decided, chest pain or not, I'm going to eat healthier this week. In general, I feel better eating the healthy items, chest pain be d***ed! Have a wonderful week, Buddies!
