I've been up this month as much as 179.8 at JC 2 days ago. Today for some reason I weighed less than in a long while on the home scale. The exercise is way down, since the foot injury, it is so easy just not to do anything. Add to that fact that I'm drinking whatever I want. Almost getting no water in. Maybe by writing this I'll try to change a little.
