Closer today than yesturday! Glad yesturday is over. Trying to be smart about this. Working on making good choices, mentally and emotinally too. Can not be driven by the scale. Weight loss will come with the lifestyle changes I'm making. It's time to develop the patience of an adult. I've cut my caloric intake by at least half. Increased my physical activity by 100%. The pounds are not falling off. Ok. But...they will come off and stay off with the changes I'm making. No quick fix. It is going to involve work on my part. No one promised easy. I CAN do this. I will be kind to myself and watch the thought closet and believe only what's true.

So true! With as much weight to lose as I have...I can't think about anything but one day at a time. I'll eat healthy one day at a time. I won't drink that soda one day at a time. However, I have discovered sugar free vanilla frozen yogurt and allow myself to have it about once a week WITH toppings of my choice. So far, it doesn't seem to matter in my weight loss! Yea!
