Another day up at 4:00 and on the treadmill. Workout went well. Worked up a good sweat. Got my routine down pretty pat now. Have to get up by 4:00 A.M. in order to do my normal routine, workout for 30 or 40 minutes on the treadmill, and still make it to work by 7:00 AM. Got to bed about a half-hour early last night, even though I wanted to get to bed an hour early. Was turning a pen on the lathe and didn't want to quit. Hoping to have a weight breakthrough by the end of the week. 234 lbs. would be great!
