Goals don't matter to me unless they are realistic & I can incorporate them into a healthy lifestyle change. I have to say the single most important thing is getting things right in your mind first and realizing that although people have things in common, no two are the same. Look deep inside yourself & make a plan that works for you & do it! I always think to myself in third person when choosing food or fuel for my engine. "I'm a truck with hundreds of miles in front of me, when I pull up to the gas pumps I only accept the best fuel available. I pump, close the gas cap & immediately roll out" Always staying active, if fuel isn't premium it doesn't go in this tank period!
