Yesterday and today is a bit difficult for me, I'm sick and ironically craving everything, I keep snacking but I'm making a promise to myself that I will record everything that I eat even if it is not healthy. Yesterday I stayed within 85% of my daily RDI, and even though I was too late to join that challenge, I will make it my personal challenge to stay within that 85% limit for the next 8 weeks. I'm craving fish cakes now though, and it is my believe to eat what you crave in small amounts, so I'm going to go make fish cakes now.
