It's been a hard morning, but I made pastrami melt with some saukraut and it's looking better!! Decided to restart Ketosis entry this afternoon (ate Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the early am) but I figure I can jump back on a strictly protein this afternoon.
Last night was not good, the whole day was working wonderfully with protein every few hours. Then, my mom invited us over to hand out. While I ran to Food 4 Less to buy low carb stuff, she was busy making fried rice and gyozas... When I got back to pick up the kids, she had a plate for me fixed. When I told her I was doing low carb again, she went off on me, saying why? What's the use? I'm just gonna quit anyways. Total confidence buster. Due to my low carbs I went off on her! She kicked me out of the house! What's up with these diet sabotagers?? Needless to say, I felt like crap, went home, and munched on carbs... Today is a new day (again). Think I'm going to push myself to get on the treadmill. Can't let these confidence busters derail my plan!!

New day is always good. The good thing is, you pick up and start again. Trust me, CARB FREAK here. I thought I would pick up a Schwarma salad for hubby last night, and gyro salad for me, before I knew it (and I should have told them NO PITAS) I ate one, then went on a pita binge last night. DAMN those carbs! I am like a drug addict with them. You probably have some confidence boosters aka buddies on here, so breathe deep and let what she says fly out the window. You can get there.

Don't worry, it's all about the long haul. Just try not to indulge. I also try to wake up skip, breakfast, and go as long without eating as possible. My wife would tell me breakfast is the most important meal, hogwash. It starts the day on an eating path. I was good until I bought the tastiest cheeses from Trader Joes. They have wonderful food, and attractive ladies in that store. lol

Hang in there, I have bad days where I can't seem to get full and when someone starts on me about how I can't stick to it, we'll just makes me want to show them I can. You keep on trying and you will do great!
