Try taking in 2 tbsp. of coconut oil every day, I put mine in my coffee. Just be sure to limit any other fats. Coconut oil helps decrease cravings and makes you feel full longer. It's good for a lot of different things. Also, try to find alternatives that are lower in calories and higher in nutritional value to your typical goto foods. Like, instead of normal brownies, keep a batch of Paleo ones on hand. They do take some getting used to, but when you crave chocolate, they definitely hit the spot. You could also do black bean brownies.
