I wonder if it's my own fault. Everyone tends to lose weight during exam period. In contrast, I pile on some. I hate exam. When I get stressed out, I reach for food to have some comfort and stuff myself to achieve the "bloated" state.
How I wish exam ends asap and so i can have a better control of my food intake and the most important jogging off!
