stressful lifestyle lately.. I've moved around about 4 or more times.. finally settled down at a place for a few months. But still other life stressers going on.. but exercise is one way I know how to deal with things. So back on the diet plan again!
131.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
