A frustrating weigh-in, in that I haven't made any significant progress, weight-wise, in three weeks. I need to check my body fat percentage tonight, which may make up for some of the disappointment. And I need to find other ways to handle my emotions, aside from emotional eating. That investment in myself will make the difference.
I will weigh in again on Friday morning, to see how much of the weight has to do with bingeing this weekend.
