It is really hard to follow a diet when you go visit someone who isn't following a diet. I am visiting my bf at JHU and he is far from paleo. Especially since he is a college student. I have been trying. I don't have a scale to keep track of my weight and it makes me anxious. But I am cooking him something paleo tonight.
