Finding it easier to keep my portions under control and not overeat. Haven't been exercising enough as weather been horrible. Still struggle not to have my nightly wine, but now when I do have a glass it doesn't taste so good! Changed to plain yoghurt instead of fruit so that cuts out some calories Had no icecream, just fresh fruit for dessert. Carbs are what I love, so having less of those and smaller portions, could easily eat more but I look in the mirror and prefer a slightly slimmer me.
