So far pretty good, now I need to curb the calories a touch, make sure to keep them no more than 900 I know that sounds too low for some of you but that's what works for me. I'm also going to try to stop using stevia I'm not sure if I can give it up completely but I won't know if I don't try.
My leg and foot cramps have returned. I had a rough night with it last night the first time in awhile, I got lax on taking the magnesium. When I stopped taking the prescription potassium and went back on an over the counter one it had magnesium in it but I guess not enough. I guess I may have to go to the doctor and have labs run on those two things. I've been in the doctors office so much in the past year I just hate going.
It might help when I start using my treadmill on a regular basis again. When I was doing so much in the living/dining room getting ready for the new floor and then putting everything back I got slack with the treadmill.
I guess that's all my news. I hope your all doing good.
(To me). I will loose this extra weight because I want to and I need to. I will do it ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!
