Even just having salads, it's amazing how fast you use up your daily carb count. Did change the Atkins Daybreak Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp bar online as it said 24 carbs and it was only 14.
Did continuing legal education today, so had to eat at Subway for lunch. Had salad with lettuce, black olives, green peppers and a few slices of pepperjack cheese.
Dinner was Quiznos black and bleu small salad with vinaigrette dressing. Seems like a lot of carbs on the nutrition info.

Remember, you're counting net carbs. Carbs minus fiber, you had less then 23 net carbs. Right on target for induction.
Although, items like the atkins day break bar are not allowed on induction. Make sure you read the book so you get a proper induction in. It really does make a difference.
