Gained a pound. I just shouldn't step on the scale evryday. It can be very disocuraging when you are following the diet perfectly!!!

I find that if I step on the scale daily I become very discouraged even angry at times. I have been trying to only step on the scale once a week. I think if you can hold out you will be pleasantly surprised with your success. Just an idea. Keep up the good work you are doing awesome.

I can relate to what your feeling, it's really hard for me not to step on the scale so what I've been trying to do is put it in the cabinet. I figure if I don't see it laying on the floor I won't be tempted to step on it...your doing great and the feeling will pass.
