Well, 30 mg of cholesterol just snuck right by me in Campbell's chunky vegetable soup.I'll bet ya it's chicken stock...my fault for not reading the lable...Total fat is 1 gram per serving...all animal fat.I think I feel my arteries clogging already...score one for LDL.

I binged at 10:00Pm last night, of course it was all vegetables and nothing worth feeling guilty about eccept a few extra calories.It's a good thing that calories do not have a sense of time and I can just burn them the next day...just veg.
