WAAA, I gained 5 lbs this week dont know why. the trainer at the gym said not to worry stress or water retention will do that I have'nt been drinking a lot of cran water. been working out to. WAAAA, but I will not give up the ship I will the fat though. Ha Ha This will pass I know but so disheartening WAAA Boy am I mad at myself.

Don't get down on yourself! Look at the incredible success that you have seen! You are in a grove and nothing can stop that! Being at the gym can help to increase that muscle mass and you know muscle weighs more than fat and you are loosing that fat! Keep that focus because you know that this plan works and you will continue to see great success! YOU CAN DO IT!

When you start gaining muscle you will gain a few pounds DON'T let this get you down..... just remember you are becoming a Strong woman! It does crush your spirit a bit and that is why you have friends like all of us. So we can tell you it will be ok and remind you that you are on the right track.

Keep building that muscle cutie pie! It took years for us to pile this on, why would it just disappear in a few weeks! Are you resting enough? Add a bit of sleep, not just activity:)) {{{hugs}}}
