I'm sorry you're having such a rough time, Mingjo. I wish I were qualified to help. Perhaps you need to discuss it with a professional nutritionist, doctor, or trainer to see where the issue is and figure out what adjustments to make?

Do you log EVERYTHING you eat? Maybe the Steamed Dumplings and Hazelnut wafers don't help?

There are a number of reasons weight will go - first you're eating more calories than you use up - it doesn't matter how active you are if you've not got this right you won't hit your weight goals - maybe you need to look at your logging
Secondly if you are getting your calorie intake right and find your weight fluctuating very quickly, generally within around 5lbs there are a number of factors that will impact, short term, on your scale weight 1) Change-up in exercise causing water retention for muscle repair 2) hormonal fluctuations around ovulation or period and associated water weight 3) going from a low-carb diet to increasing carbs restoring glycogen and associated water weight 4) excess sodium in diet causing, yep, water weight increase 5) dehydration - counter-intuitive but if you're dehydrated you hold on to more bodily water weight
Hope that helps
