Today I felt sluggish and not myself so I wanted to work out. Like many I have a ton of workout videos so I popped in tony hortons 10 minute trainer. I was huffing and puffing and can tell I am super out of shape. I felt that this is going to my way to kick start my fitness level. I have to revamp my eating habits. I am a carb junky. Something I can not seem to know how to substitute is my pb and jelly sandwich I eat everyday at lunch. At work I feel that I will be able to incorporate a diet but I have never been on a diet and do not know how to start.
