Still can not get it under control. Sugar fix has a hold on me. Today will be the day, healthy food and a workout. I miss the energy level I get when I do things better.

I absolutely CRAVE sugar. However, I have quickly found that a sugar fix is as far away as the nearest Skinny Cow chocolate product. I eat one per day to help me feel like I am cheating. Hope you find your sugar fix without going insane.

Yes! Skinny cow is tasty chocolate and for example - 110 calories you get a whole chocolate bar or chocolate/wafer bar. Not the largest, but substantial. Also, there is chocolate candies, etc...
