Still can not get it under control. Sugar fix has a hold on me. Today will be the day, healthy food and a workout. I miss the energy level I get when I do things better.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 March 2016:
1845 kcal Fat: 93.65g | Prot: 88.06g | Carb: 171.61g.   Breakfast: Craisins, Central Market Ground Flax Seed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Save The Forest. Lunch: Nabisco Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers (29g), Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: 2% Fat Milk, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Hunt's Perfect Squeeze Ketchup, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). more...

I absolutely CRAVE sugar. However, I have quickly found that a sugar fix is as far away as the nearest Skinny Cow chocolate product. I eat one per day to help me feel like I am cheating. Hope you find your sugar fix without going insane.

I will look for Skinny Cow tomorrow. I've never heard of them, I hope they're chocolate. 😮

Yes! Skinny cow is tasty chocolate and for example - 110 calories you get a whole chocolate bar or chocolate/wafer bar. Not the largest, but substantial. Also, there is chocolate candies, etc...
