Another very successful week of counting calories and watching portion size very close. At first it was like a daily nightmare and now it is becoming more and more natural. Eating greens all the time with my meals has really helped also, still get the urges in the evenings, found out a nice cup of hot green tea helps with that. Just like everything in life it is one step at a time, we did not start running the minute we were born, we had to take every thing one step at a time. Thank you FS friends for all the support.
