Down to nine days to loose 5.2 pounds! I can do this! A friend of mine has to loose 3.8 in the same amount of time so we are going to support each other through it. i was really disappointed at the scale this morning. I only went down .4 pounds! I need to loose .6 pounds a day to make my goal! I am going to have to make up for this today and loose at least .8 pounds. I guess this means I am going to have to do extra P90X today as well as my normal walk and 200 sit up challenge. I think I am only going to eat fruits and veggies today too.
