That wagon didn't come by yesterday though I thought I was on it at lunch time. I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat; now that was a HUGE mistake since because I didn't eat lunch I overate dinner. There's a finesse to all this isn't there. I had a thought too; what if I was my goal weight, I wouldn't want to eat like that either?! The point of this journey is not to be able to eat whatever I want in large quantities, it's to eat healthy and responsibly, right?? So I need to knock it off!
