This hole week has been terrible. I've never eaten this poorly. Today and yesterday i've eating food I never believed I would eat, but I did. And I don't feel all that good about it. Well, Halloween was my old goal, and Thanksgiving is my next. Cheer me on during my next 7 pounds pweeeease! I know I can do it! ... starting Monday?
