Little sluggish this a.m. Think I need to increase protein in my diet. The pie chart is helpful to see where I'm lacking. My first week is in and it's a good time to evaluate how and what I'm doing. Forward motion! Getting on a scale today. Need to brace for the outcome. Bottom line, I feel better, I'm doing the right thing, future is bright.
