21.8% fat 38.5% muscle weighed after breakfast I am surprised that I only gained 1lb with how bad I have been eating lately but now it is time to reign it in.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
