I have 11 days to loose 7.2 pounds so I can be in the 150's! I can do this!:) No more binge and purge sessions. No more munchies on the weekends. No more not working out because I didn't eat all day. No more sitting on my butt! I need to be in the 150's by October 1st! I have to stay strong! No more EXCUSES!
