Today is my first day getting back on track. I'm going to start out small. My current goals for the next two weeks is to work out at least 4 times a week for a min of 30 mins and eat healthy low fat and low sodium meals. I hope to record all my meals on my diet calendar and do a better job of planning out my meals for the week on Mondays. Here's hoping!
