Feeling good, feeling motivated, feeling this coffee buzz this AM!

Sore from my last two workouts (lower body Tuesday and upper body yesterday), but in a good way. I don't feel crippled (ha!), I feel like I worked hard.

Weighing in every day as opposed to weight in one a week has really helped me. I see the fluctuations in my body consistently as opposed to just dreading stepping on that scale Tuesday mornings.

It's helping keep me motivated cause here recently I've just seen the scale go down!! (well, one day went up but I had LOADS of sodium that day so no big surprise there...)

Almost done with one of Fitness Blender's Workouts. On the first day they have you do a PFT (mile run, squats, pushups, and a sit and reach test) and record your results. So Tomorrow I will be doing the last day which is another PFT so that I can compare my results.

I will be sure to share what tomorrow brings!
