Trying to get back on track. Obviously not going to meet my 2 lb/wk goal - but just gotta keep going and get back on track! I'm still 10 lbs down....keep going Kate!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
