yo yoing since November... Started back on track Jan 4th, with a few slips here and there and just can't seem to lose..... Got on Birth control pill in November also... hormones could be playing a part. Stuck for sure. Need to add some exersize perhaps
132.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
