Scale at my house says 159.4, still not sure if I believe it but... as long as I feel good and look pretty good I'm okay with it (I think). I've been paying more attention to what I eat and how much I eat lately, focusing on nutrients versus just eating and it's had some fun results. Still making it to the gym regularly and still noticing the subtle differences-- which is exciting. As a sidenote to emphasize this I've been procrastinating laundry day and thus ran out of my usual clothes to wear so when I came across an MCR shirt I've never worn because it was too tight (yay for teen sizes!) I hesitated but gave it a try and it looks awesome-- feels great too X3
I guess my body composition might be changing besides becoming a bit more compact so... I can wear things I haven't been able to for a while :)
