Unbelievable proud i am YES, i am doing very well. I dont have to be hungry, already started a few weeks ago to eat more and more the usual food, not just diet food, but correct portions, not using too much fat and a great variety. And yes! this works. Yahoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!
