I went dairy free about one year ago and feel better! I eat cheese once in a great while...I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk and love it.

Some cheese is all my dairy. I use almond milk. dairy has too many carbs for me.

I am going to try to make home made almond mild when I get back from vacation. Sounds simple so I'm excited to try it.

Dairy free is the way to go. You will feel so much better. There are some great plant based milks and cheeses available as well as plant based cheese sauces.. Check out " the Vegan 8" and "Happy Herbivore" for great recipes...they're on facebook and Pinterest
