went to a Vietnamese restaurant tonight. It was good! I'm not sure how to calculate it. I had the "triple crown" I have 3 pieces of shrimp, chicken and beef in a brown sauce. Not sure what was in that, didn't taste sweet. Had broccoli with it and ate some carrots. Not many so I hope there are not loaded too much with carbs. Had a 40 min walk when i came home. Think tomorrow I'm going to need to do some major work out
