I heart yoga.

I've been going, because it's like the "not exercise" exercise, but it's really gotten my body back into alignment. Don't ask me to explain that, but things just feel "righter" again. Do yourself a favor. Detox, de-stress,de-life, and just go do it. I'm currently enjoying a punch card, but when I get back from out of town, I'm upgrading to infinite yoga which means I can go to as many classes as I want. The wake up early morning stretchy kind...the be good to yourself and the universe meditaty kind...the killer core and absy yogalaty kind...you name it. (you know me and my addictions)

Speaking of. I still don't speak coffee, but I went with a friend to pick up her babies (she's adopting 6 month old twin girls/life is good) and since it was like 00dark-thirty when we left, she offered me coffee. My inner "stitch" perked up and "yes pleased." I had to let her order, because as I said before, Me no speaky coffee. I still don't know what she ordered me, but I don't think I should walk up to any Starbucks and ask for Steamy Sex in a Cup. MMmmmm...

Two of my favorite things...airplane liftoff AND whatever kind of what she ordered in the cup.

No, I'm not, high. I just got done with Zumba, and I want coffee. Om Nom.

(edit) Hahaha. I got so distracted by that little coffee rant just now, I had to come back and edit this to say what I came to say in the first place. ANYWAY! I don't have my pre-journey measurements, but I do know the last time I was measured for bras and that was in March when I spent a butt ton of money on some new ones. I have lost 5 INCHES from that measurement alone. WOOT. So, Yoga is like the little kick start I think I needed to kind of heal my body from some of the other things I've been doing to lose weight. Plus I have a whole stack of pants to prove the same on the bottom, too. The hubs even said he would go to yoga when he gets back from deployment. Now THAT's exciting. :) Get MY man more flexible? Yes, thank you.

Now, I think I'm done, and I really am going to go find out what was in that drink I had on the airplane.
