Yesterday I ate more than I have in months. I feel terrible today and wasn't hungry at all when I woke up. Normally I'm starving as soon as I wake up in the morning. Back on track today with a protein shake for breakfast and lean cusine for lunch. One cheat day in months won't hurt me too bad but I sure feel guilty today. Going to do good today and the rest of the weekend!
